F1 this weekend starts the European leg of the season. Last we saw the drivers Hams did a Vettel 13' impression and barely used his fuel load to run away from the competition. Tricky thing is Rosberg is still driving the other Petronas car so he came in second, maintaining his overall driver lead in the championship. That won't last long if what we've seen thus far is legitimate and I think we all know the answer to that. Meanwhile, Vettel is getting worked over by his teammate "fair and square". I guess I really don't know what Webber was doing that was so under-handed all those years except have his teammate ignore team orders and take positions and victories from him. Red Bull driver team politics are questionable at best. That said, Ricciardo looks to have fit in just fine and is going quick and I wish him luck in the event that Vettel figures out how to drive this new chassis without a blown diffuser and much more torque; at what point in driver championship points will Vettel be #2? Moving on from that, Alonzo shows that he's as good as he's ever been. Once again he's driving with a car that isn't the best, but he makes full use of what it is capable of. Impressive as always and he's now returning to his home GP. This weekend should be a good one. Until next week, folks.
